Workshop
# 1: HAND APPLIQUÉ. A five (5+) hour workshop in
hand appliqué using my "Ralph" pattern. This can be made into a
wall hanging. We'll work on my method of using overlays and I'll
pass along secrets of using overlays, choosing fabrics for the project,
as well as tips on needle turn appliqué. Every student will receive a pattern, an overlay pattern, and the pieces pattern for this design as part of this class.
All students can leave with a finished "Ralph."
Workshop # 2: FUSIBLE APPLIQUÉ.
A five (5+) hour workshop for quilters who don't want to do hand appliqué,
but want the look of doing so. I offer this class using my "Ralph"
pattern. We work on how to choose fabrics for this and other projects.
I teach my method of making a perfectly placed and matched end product
that can then be used on a wall hanging, jacket back, or quilt. Every student
will receive a pattern and an overlay pattern as part of this class.
